The gym, though quite old, blended well with the hotel. Internet connection was high quality, but re-entering passwords every 2-3 days was inconvenient. The room was spacious with clean, albeit dated, facilities. The staff, especially Chandra and Shivam, were accommodating and attentive. a generally pleasant experience. The location was excellent for commuting, with easy access to a nearby mall and metro station.

My kids enjoyed the stay at this hotel for 2 weeks. the housekeeping was excellent, ensuring a clean and tidy apartment daily. the friendly environment and top-notch furnishings made the whole stay comfortable and relaxing. Comparing it to my previous experiences, the staff were great, especially Binita and Denis, who went above and beyond to assist us. the location was perfect, just a minute's walk from the metro station, providing easy access to transportation. the facilities, including the gym, steam room, sauna, and pool.

While the overall experience was fantastic, one area that could be improved is the transportation service offered. the charge for a shuttle to nearby locations seemed a bit steep, and I would recommend the hotel to review and potentially adjust this fee to enhance guest experience.

the room was spacious and clean, and we gained some local insights from the staff. the location was superb - just minutes away from nightlife - shopping malls, and restaurants. we were impressed by the exceptional service from errol and faheem during check-in and checkout.

We had a great stay at the hotel. the location was perfect, with a metro station just a few minutes away and shops nearby. the beds were comfortable and the room had a kitchen with everything we needed for breakfast. the room itself was clean, bright, and had a sunny atmosphere. They also provided us with an iron and dishwashing liquid upon request. We were grateful that they allowed us to leave our bags in the hotel until the evening on our check-out day. it was a very pleasant stay and great value for the price.

With a superb location, close to a metro station, I was able to easily explore the vibrant culture and unique eateries found in Deira and Nasr square. The staff, especially the receptionist Farah, was warm and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. The room service was prompt, and the porters were incredibly helpful.

Amazingly spacious rooms, like a palace! Gourmet restaurant served food from around the globe, I felt like a world traveler. The pool and health club were perfect for my lazy days. Convenient location, I practically crawled to the shopping malls.

Staff were so unpleasant, it was like being in the presence of royalty.

The hotel offered a kitchenette with all the necessary utensils, which allowed us to prepare our own meals and save some money. the swimming pool was also a highlight, big enough to enjoy a refreshing swim and spend an afternoon in the sun. the location was perfect, walking distance to public transportation and the best shopping spots. Another advantage was the kind and attentive reception staff, always ready to assist us with anything we needed.

The cleanliness could have been better, as we found some spots in the bathroom that were not properly cleaned. the towels and linens were also not very fresh, which was a bit disappointing.

The room was huge and so comfy with a separate living room and kitchenette. I felt like I had my own little apartment in the heart of Dubai. It was perfect for me and my partner as we like space and a cozy vibe.

just stayed at the star and it was a fantastic experience. the staff, especially sirajur, were incredibly helpful and professional. the room was spacious with a living room, kitchen, and an extra toilet. there's even an eat all you can asian restaurant beside the lobby. very convenient location close to a mall and metro, with grocery delivery right to your room. great spot for a comfortable stay.

The swimming pool, gym, solarium, and Jacuzzi provided wonderful recreational facilities that ensured I had a relaxing and enjoyable stay. I particularly enjoyed the fitness center and sauna, along with the outdoor pool and spa that added to the overall comfort and luxury of the hotel.

I really enjoyed my stay here! The location is excellent - it's near the metro station and in the city center. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I particularly appreciated the room service and the car hire. The room was also great - it was clean and spacious. I appreciated having access to a washing machine and kitchen. The staff here, especially Miss Mardalyn and the Moroccan and Egyptian receptionists on the shift that time, were very attentive and accommodating.

I would definitely recommend this place to anyone!
